- How do I check on the download progress of my eBook? Go to Android notifications to view your eBook’s download status. You will find the completed eBook download in your local drive, in the folder “EBookStore”.
- How do I rate an eBook? At the eBook article page, scroll down to the bottom, then tap the Rate It button near the reviews. You may also write a review if you wish to. However, you may not submit a review without submitting a rating.
- Is there a shortcut to ZiiAcademy from ZiiStore? Yes. Go to Menu > More > ZiiAcademy to launch the ZiiAcademy app. Note that ZiiAcademy is currently pre-installed on Zii-powered devices only.
- Where can I find the privacy policies and terms & conditions for ZiiStore? Visit https://secure.zii.com/Legal/PrivacyPolicy.aspx to read the Privacy Policies and http://www.zii.com/Legal/ZiiLife.aspx to read the Terms & Conditions.
- How do I check for updates to ZiiStore? Tap Menu > Software Updates. You will be prompted to download the update when it is available.

Would I be able to browse ZiiStore without an Internet connection?
No. You need to be connected to the Internet to browse ZiiStore.
- Can I install ZiiStore on other Android devices? ZiiStore is optimized for Zii-powered devices. It is therefore not recommended to install ZiiStore on any other Android devices.
- Is ZiiStore available in other languages? ZiiStore is available in English and Chinese. To change the language, go to Settings on your Android device, select Locale & text > Locale. Note that this will also change the OS language for the device. Some text (Headers and Categories), however, will remain in English.
- Do I need to sign in with a Zii Account to use ZiiStore? You may browse content in ZiiStore without signing in. Zii Account sign-in is only required when you wish to download the eBooks, leave a rating, recommend eBooks to friends, or view your Download Summary.

What is ZiiStore on Android?
ZiiStore is a digital store that offers free apps and games for download. ZiiStore offerings are constantly being updated. Updates are reflected in the sections “What's New”, “What's Hot” and “Categories”. Users can search, download, rate and recommend e-books and apps on ZiiStore via email.
