You can access your ZiiDisk storage by the following ways: 
a) Go to disk.zii.com and login with your Zii Account
b) On your Zii Services microsite, click on the toggle button beside the services logo on the left side of the top menu bar. Select ZiiDisk from the menu.
c) Login to "My Account" and access the ZiiDisk link found under "Zii Services".

You can upload a file onto ZiiDisk by clicking on the Upload button located at the top menu bar. You can also "right-click" on any empty space in the current folder and select Upload from the list. You can upload single file or multiple files.

Yes, you can upload more than one file at a time as long as the total size of the files selected do not exceed your upload and storage space limit. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete your upload.

Locate the file stored on ZiiDisk that you would like to download, right-click on the file and select Download from the list.

Right-click on the file you would like to move, select Cut from the menu. Go to the folder your would like to move the file to, right-click on any empty space and select Paste from the menu

Navigate to directory that you would like to create the new folder in ZiiDisk. Click on the Create Folder button located on the top menu bar.

Enter the file name or part of it in the "Search" field located on the top menu bar and press the "Enter" button on your keyboard.

The amount of storage space you have left is indicated on the extreme right of the top menu bar.

To share a file, right click on the file and select Share from the list. Follow the instruction on screen to complete your sharing. To unshare a file, navigate to your Shared folder in ZiiDisk. Select the file/files you would like to unshare and click on the Unshare button.

Go to ZiiDisk and locate the file you wish to remove. Right-click on it and select Delete from the menu.

Right click on the file and select Edit on the menu.
