You may sign up for a new Zii Account and activate your ZiiBoook service plan with it. This allows you the flexibility to give the account details to your children and love ones, allowing you to share e-books with them virtually.

Please go to www.playchinese.com/activate to enter your license key and activate your PlayChinese Account.

 Please go to http://boook.zii.com/activate to activate your service plan using the ZiiBoook activation code voucher. After which, you can download and install the ZiiBoook software at http://boook.zii.com/download.aspx.

You may sign up and activate a ZiiBoook 1 year service plan using your first activation code via the ZiiBoook software preloaded in the Zii thumbdrive. If you wish to extend your ZiiBoook service plan by another year, please enter the second activation code at http://boook.zii.com/activate.

Alternatively, at http://boook.zii.com/activate, you can create another new Zii Account and activate the ZiiBoook 1 year service plan.

You may not have entered the activation code correctly; please include the “-“ when you are entering the activation code. Please note that each activation code can only be used once. If the problem persists, contact Zii Contact Center at http://support.zii.com/webform.

Please note that you are not able to activate your service plan using your ZiiO space account details.  You are required to have a Zii Account; to sign up for a Zii Account, click here.

You will still be able to use your ZiiBoook software to access the basic features and read e-books that you have previously downloaded. However, you will not be able to download e-books from Creative's World eBook Library Collection and collaborate with your peers using ZiiBoook's screen sharing features.
