Am I able to add e-books to My Library?
Yes, ZiiBoook allows you to import your EPUB and PDF e-books into My Library easily, via File -> Import.

Why am I not able to read PDF files?
ZiiBoook uses the Acrobat Reader engine to read PDF files. Please go to http://get.adobe.com/reader/ to download the latest Acrobat Reader.

How can I browse the e-books in My Library?
You can browse ZiiBoook in 3 views. Toggle the icons at the top right to view all book covers, a list view of books or scroll through books in the book cover flow view . You can also sort your books using the filters for Title, Author, Categories and Latest or sort them according to the book format via the drop-down list on the top left.

How do I search for books in My Library?
In My Library view, look for the “Search Library” text box located on the top left. Type in at least 3 characters of the book title that you are searching for.. Search results, if any, will be displayed automatically.

How do I view the synopsis of the book before reading it?
Select an e-book, click on the right panel to view its synopsis. For the e-book’s full details, select the Details tab at the top right.

How do I edit the details of an e-book?
Click on the “pencil” icon or Edit button beside each book cover to edit the details. Alternatively, at the Details tab in the right panel, click on the Edit button at the bottom.
Information that can be edited are: Title, Author, Categories, Collections and Description. Click SAVE when you have completed editing. -
How can I delete an e-book from the library?
In the list view and the bottom area of the cover flow view, mouse over the book that you wish to delete. A “trashcan” icon will appear upon the mouse over. Click on it to delete the book. You will be asked to confirm the deletion.
Alternatively, in the book cover view, click on the “pencil” icon beside the book you wish to delete. This will bring you to the editing mode of the book. Locate the “trashcan” icon at the bottom of the right panel to delete it from the library. -
Is Internet connection required to read e-books?
You are able to browse your DRM free e-books (EPUB, PDF formats) in My Library without Internet connection. However, when you open the multimedia e-books (OPZX format) for the first time, Internet connection is required to verify the digital rights.

Why am I unable to read the preloaded e-books?
You are required to sign in to a ZiiBoook service plan account once in order to read the preloaded e-books. Go to Settings -> Account to sign in.
