Where do I see the download progress of my e-books?
To check on the download progress, go to My Library > DOWNLOADS > Summary. Some e-books such as multimedia e-books may take a longer time to download due to the bigger file size.

What does DOWNLOADS – Summary represent?
The list of e-books shown in DOWNLOADS - Summary are e-books that you have downloaded previously using your Zii Account, and which are not in the library currently. Click on the Download button to start downloading.

Why am I unable to download my e-book?
You may be experiencing intermittent Internet connection. Click DOWNLOAD to download your e-book when there is connection again.
