Why am I unable to open the e-book with the .zboook extension that my friend sent using Send Book?

You are required to have ZiiBoook installed to open the .zboook file format. The opened file will then be added to your ZiiBoook library.
If you are already using ZiiBoook prior to opening the .zboook file, you will need to restart the software to see the newly-added e-book in My Library.
