Would I be able to browse ZiiStore with no Internet connection?
An Internet connection is required to browse the store.

How can I browse the e-books in the store?
On the left, you will see the top 3 most popular e-booksfollowed by partners and their e-books and a list of e-books' categories. Click on a category to view all e-books in it. Alternatively, you can click on an e-book to view its description.

How do I preview an e-book?
At the product details page of the selected e-book, simply cick on Preview book located below the book cover. You will preview the e-book in a pop up window.

How do I rate an e-book?
At the product details page of the selected e-book, scroll down until you see the Rate It button at the User Reviews section. Click on it (and sign in if you have not done so) to rate. You can also choose to write a review before you submit your ratings.

How do I download an e-book?
In ZiiStore, at the details page of the selected content, you will need to click on Download Free or BUY to download the content. Please note that you will be required to sign in to your Zii Account as downloading of e-books is only for ZiiBoook service plan users.

How can I check my Zii$ balance?
After you have signed in, your Zii$ balance will be located on the top right within the ZiiStore tabname. Alternatively, you can check your Zii$ balance here.

I did not see my e-book after clicking “Download Free” at ZiiStore. Where is it?
You can track your e-book's download progress at DOWNLOADS – Summary. As EPUB e-books are small in file size, your e-book may have completed downloading. Go to My Library > BOOKS > Latest to view your latest downloaded e-book.
