  • Why must I sign up for a Zii Account?

    Customers purchasing products from Zii.com are required to create a Zii Account. With a Zii Account, you can keep track of your purchases. This also allows the system to personalize your shopping experience and process future transactions more quickly.

    Customers who have bought the PlayChinese package that provides a activation code or license key is also required to create a Zii Account before they can activate their service plan successfully. To activate your PlayChinese account, please click here.

  • Are there any restrictions on setting up my password for Zii Account?

    The password is case-sensitive and should comprise a minimum of six (6) alphanumeric characters.

  • Why is my e-mail address required?

    Your e-mail is the primary means for Zii to send you product updates, the latest Zii news and other purchase-related notifications.

  • Can I change my registered e-mail address after I have signed up for a Zii Account?

    No, you will not be able to change your e-mail address after you have signed up for a Zii Account.

  • Why do I need to verify my e-mail address?

    E-mail verification ensures that you are the owner of the e-mail address, preventing any misuse/abuse of your Zii Account. We also need to ensure the e-mail address is a working one, as Zii will send notifications, etc to the e-mail address provided.

  • I have registered for a Zii Account but I do not see a confirmation e-mail in my inbox.

    The confirmation e-mail may have been filtered to your e-mail's spam/junk folder.

    For Google users: Please check your spam if you do not see the confirmation e-mail from Zii in your inbox. The confirmation e-mail should appear in your inbox or spam within a few minutes of completing registration.
    For Yahoo! users: Please also check your spam. Some Yahoo users may experience up to a 4-hour delay before the confirmation e-mail reaches them. Please wait for at least 4 hours before clicking the Resend Confirmation e-mail link. 

    You may also have mistyped your e-mail address during registration. In this case, you should sign up for a new account as your Zii Account will not be activated until you respond to the confirmation e-mail from Zii.

  • How do I change my password? To change your password, sign in your Zii Account, go to My Account and click Change Password.
  • I have not received any e-mail after clicking on the reset password link. If you are using a web-based e-mail, refresh your inbox page or check the spam folder. If the problem persists, contact Zii Contact Center.
  • What is My Account?

    My Account is where you can manage your personal information, web preferences, check on your order status, purchase history, delivery status and more.

  • How do I access My Account?

    Sign in to Zii.com and you will be redirected to My Account after signing in.

  • What should I do if I have forgotten my password?

    You may request for a password change by providing us with your registered e-mail address. Go to Zii.com and click Forgot Password. An e-mail notification with a temporary password will be sent to your registered e-mail account.

  • How do I subscribe to e-mail notifications from Zii?

    Log in, go to My Account and click Update Profile. Check the Receive Newsletter Update box. We strongly recommend that you remain subscribed to the e-mail notifications to keep abreast of the latest happenings in Zii.com.

  • What does the 'Remember Me' option on the sign in page do?

    The Remember Me option stores your e-mail address and password for a faster, more convenient login. You are advised to skip this option if your computer or laptop is shared, or is a public-access computer. Always remember to sign out and clear your cache if you are using a shared computer.
